Double-layer 83/36f nylon locks the spandex 360°, achieving a single-yarn twist of 600 T/m, a winding tension of 12 cN, and a stretch loss of less than 3%. The 132 dtex spandex core yarn has a draw ratio of 1:3.2, a boiling water shrinkage of ≤1%, and a width fluctuation of ≤1 cm. Online tension monitoring throughout the machine ensures stability. Without silicone oil post-treatment, the friction coefficient is 0.18 μm, Oeko-Tex Class I infant grade certified.
360° seamless: The double-wrapped structure ensures seam rebound of ≥95%. The side and hip seams remain ripple-free even after 50,000 stretches.
Ultra-thin weight: Even at 150 g/m², the finished product can still achieve 40 stitches per inch, making it 8% lighter than comparable yarns.
Low-temperature setting: Setting is completed at 120°C for 45 seconds, 20°C cooler than conventional spandex, reducing dyeing and finishing costs.
